We offer customized Kendo seminars conducted by Japanese 8th Dan sensei for those who already have Kendo experience in their home country. Programs can be arranged based on your specific requests. (Minimum group size: 10 participants)
Kendo Experience Program for Beginners
The Kendo Experience aims to deepen your understanding of Japan, enhance your stay, and promote interaction with local Japanese people. If you’re interested in experiencing Kendo, we warmly invite you to make a reservation.
Beginner Experience Course (2 hours)
- Dressing in kendo attire & photo session
- Learning basic kendo etiquette and movements
- Fee: 10,000 JPY per person
Cultural Immersion Course (3 hours)
- Lecture on kendo history and philosophy (1 hour)
- Dressing in kendo attire, photo session, etiquette, and basic movements (2 hours)
- Fee: 20,000 JPY per person
Corporate Training Program
1-Day Intensive Course (8 hours)
- Morning: Kendo Experience (etiquette, basic movements, kiai, etc.)
- Afternoon: Cultural Deep Dive
- History of Japanese swords
- Mythology and Japanese identity
- Indigo dyeing and the culture of shinai (bamboo swords)
- Introduction to Bushido (The Way of the Samurai)
Fee: 300,000 JPY per group (up to 20 participants)
