Explanation of the spirituality related to Kendo, including its history, etiquette, and principles (text distributed) - Kendo Lesson (30 minutes)
- Wearing Kendo attire
- Correct posture, essential footwork, fumikomi (stepping in)
- Using Shinai (bamboo sword) and striking
- Free time for questions, etc. (10 minutes)
- Explanation of protective gear, photography
